The Helping Hands Committee was established by the Yarrawonga Health Board and launched to the Yarrawonga Community on 27th July, 2016 at the Official opening of our renovated buildings.
The key purpose of Helping Hands is fundraising for Yarrawonga Health to assist with the provision of medical equipment and other equipment needs that will enhance services provided to the Yarrawonga/Mulwala community.
Helping Hands is dedicated to improving the quality of life of residents and patients through supporting Yarrawonga Health services.
The Helping Hands Committee is a vibrant group of community members who seek support in raising funds through direct donations, Annual Golf Charity Day, Pamper evenings at Essenza Day Spa and movie nights- along with sausage sizzles and numerous events that encourage well being and good health options within the community.
During the past 5 years over $250,000 has been raised and has gone towards purchasing much needed equipment for Yarrawonga Health staff to enhance the lives of our residents and to support providing the best care for our patients and families and carers.
